I really enjoyed the training, especially the different wicket keeping exercises and learning how to charge down the track against spin. I also think I got some good tips on how to improve my fitness. It was really interesting to play in- and outswing bowling because I have struggled against that kind of bowling in the past. I will definitely work on all the things you told me and use the tricks we learnt in matches as well as I can. I also enjoyed the group sessions because we did some really good exercises on how to read a bowler. I very much like the way you explain things to me so that I as an individual understand it. You taught me a lot about how much lifestyle and attitude matter if you want to become a good cricketer. I also understand so much better what I ‘m doing when I make a mistake and I can correct it. I think I have more control over my training than I used to have. It was a really fun weekend but I learnt a lot.
Looking forward to my next session with you

It was really worthwhile coming to the lessons this weekend.
Manoj was really kind and I learned a lot about batting. We learned how to play on the back foot which I had hardly tried before. He said that batting on the back foot has more possibilities. Backward defence I even found easier than forward.
I improved a lot this weekend and I hope that we will soon have another weekend like this one.

I have learned that shots don't always have to be hit for six and if you play the right shots you can get risk-free runs. I've also learned how to bowl properly and over the wicket and to pitch it up. Finally, I learned how to get the maximum turn on the ball and to pitch it outside off stump.
