Sports in the Street in Thame high street on Friday 23rd June 6.30 -9.00 PM
Dear Manoj
“Once again, the MP Cricket Sports in the Street event in Thame was a great success. It was great to see it as a mini sports festival with so many sports on show. It is wonderful to see such enthusiasm for sport among young people and the way in which the organiser, Manoj Parmar is able to motivate them. I was delighted to take part in what amounted to a ‘celebrity’ cricket team and share in the presentation of the well-deserved prizes. My congratulations to all involved.
With best wishes

Dear Manoj
Thank you very much for inviting me to this event as Chairman of the Council. I very much enjoyed the evening and taking part. It was also good to see so many young people enjoying themselves and the commitment of the various sports clubs involved. I do hope that the success of your hard work in bringing this valuable event together will continue in future years.
Kind regards
Zoe

Dear Manoj,
"Sports in the Street" in Thame on Friday was really great - many congratulations and thanks to you and your 'Team' for organising such a wonderful and FUN event!!
Walking up and down the High Street it was marvellous to see all those children playing so many different games and enjoying themselves so much. What a great idea it was of your's to set all that up - I really hope that you were happy with the response? You should be because it was all fantastic and I was just so pleased to be there representing the Oxfordshire Lieutenancy on such a very special and inspired event.
The only thing I regret is my woeful lack of batting and bowling practise - more time in the nets was much needed although I think I did bowl out the Mayor of Thame with my first ball - or was that just wishful thinking!!
With best wishes to you and all the family and again many thanks and congratulations,
Marie-Jane
